Notes For Phone In Callers
To call into zoom you will need to have three things
1. Your local meeting location number

2. The meeting ID supplied on the All S Meeting List which you will enter when you call.
3. The password supplied on the All S Meeting List which you will enter after the meeting ID.
Upon Arrival at The Meeting
- You will likely be muted, and you will need to press *6 to mute or un-mute yourself.
- In some cases you may be required to raise your hand to be acknowledged by the chair or for other purposes. To this dial *9 doing so again will lower your hand.
- Often times people congregate for 15 minutes or so prior to the meeting, if this is the case you will be able to join at that time.
